Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Limit of 2 pets per home. Maximum adult weight is 50 pounds. Non-refundable pet fee is $300 for 1 pet, additional $200 for second pet. Veterinarian records and a photograph for the file are required. Cats, dogs, and birds accepted. Non-acceptable canine breeds include a purebred or a mix of the following breeds: American Pit Bull, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf-dog Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Chow Chows, Akitas, Boxers, Bulldogs, Cane Corsos, Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, and/or a mix of the above.
