I have lived in the Villas for 10 mos & wanted to report what an attentive staff I have found. Whenever I have brought up any concern, they have been right on it (including maintenance) & will follow up with a report. The office staff even goes the extra mile...i have been very sick lately & friends have dropped off things for me in the office. Stephanie has actually brought the items to my apt because I was so weak. Thank you!

We have lived here for 3+ years. We love the office staff, Victoria is always so helpful. Any time we have maintenance issues Juan is professional and friendly. We also enjoy our neighbors!

We have had good experience living in this community for last 2 years. Victoria, Jenny and Hanna at the office were very good, helpful and worked with our request. The maintenance team is also responsible.

Saturday I had an electrical issue that maintenance was called out for. I do not remember his name, but the maintenance man was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem, which I don’t think was as easy at it seemed, quickly. He even asked for a broom to clean up dust that fell from ceiling that was no fault of his own. Thank you for employee such professional employees to take care of your residents. All the employees of the complex have impeccable customer service.

I have enjoyed living here as a resident. The staff is courteous, the apartments and amenities are beautiful, and any service requests are promptly tended to.
