  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    Dogs, cats and birds are accepted. Dogs that are a pure-bred or mix of any of the following breeds are prohibited: American Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf-dog hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Great Danes, Chow Chows, Akita and/or a mix of the above. Veterinarian records and a photograph for the file are required.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    Two, with maximum total weight of 70 lbs.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    Deposits vary depending on pet size and weight; see pet policies for further information. There is also a non-refundable pet fee for each pet. There is a $10.00 monthly pet rent per pet for dogs and cats.
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    Valid Photo ID
  5. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    Application fee: Single Application $35.00 (Joint $50.00 for joint applications) + $125 Non-Refundable Administrative Fee and $125 deposit required to apply. Monthly fees is $25 Valet Waste Service (door-to-door trash and recycling pick-up,) variable water/sewer billing, $5.42 street user fee, and $2 pest control fee which is now included in the rent. As for pet rent, it is $10 a month per pet.
  6. What are the rental requirements to live here?

  7. How long is the term of the lease?
    We offer 12-15 month leases and a select number of shorter term leases. Please contact our office for more details.
  8. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    Yes, with $100,000.00 liability.
  9. Do you offer furnished apartments?
    Not at this time, however, if you would like to rent an apartment home with us you may do so, then rent furniture through a number of third-party companies.
  10. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    You may submit a service request by using our website, call the office at (361) 991-4657 or come to the office to have a service request completed.
  11. When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is always due on the 1st of the month per our lease agreements. Holidays do not affect this.
  12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Yes, or you may pay your rent though Paylease.
  13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    On-line with PayLease located on our website
  14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Yes, three consecutive days only, longer stays must be approved by management.
  15. Do you have reserved parking?
    Yes, assigned resident parking in the parking garage.
  16. Do you have cable services?
    Cable ready - call AT&T U-verse at 877.910.0501 to connect your service. Deposit may be required.
  17. Does the property offer on-site recycling?
    Yes, we happily recycle!
  18. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    Yes, we have a select number of different sized storage units available for rent. Please contact the office for more details!
  19. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Yes, our preferred employers are the following: KBR, Bechtel, Flint Hills Resources, Chevron, Voestalpine, Cheniere, Linn Energy, Texas A&M University, Christus Spohn, Corpus Christi Hooks, Corpus Christi Police, Fire, and EMT. If you are a student, educator, member of the Armed Forces or medical-related field we also have special discounts for you!
